Terms

Pay-as-you-go service

Wallet credit funds API usage at the customer prices shown in the model marketplace. Usage is metered by tokens and subject to per-key caps.

Account responsibility

Keep API keys private, revoke exposed keys promptly, and use the gateway only for lawful workloads.

Privacy

Data we process

We store account email, wallet and ledger records, payment references, API-key metadata, and usage totals needed to operate the service.

API content

Requests are relayed to the selected model provider to produce a response. Do not submit sensitive data unless your workload permits that processing.

Refunds & cancellation

Prepaid wallet credit

Wallet credit is prepaid and never expires. Credit already consumed by relayed API usage is non-refundable, because each request is metered and irreversibly forwarded to the model provider. Unused, unconsumed credit can be refunded on request to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase. To cancel, stop using your keys and contact support; open a billing dispute for any charge you do not recognise.
